Yet many young people do not see the relevance in Science and Technology in their lives and the numbers of them choosing to pursue a career in STEM are very low. Companies and industry are struggling to fill their vacancies and the UK Government see this skills shortage as a National priority.
There are significant free resources available for schools and youth organisations to engage with, however these are not necessarily the best fit for employers or organisations to illustrate their specific industry’s needs or key STEM messages to the community.
